first few week was a torture
till now
i should be getting use to it already
but am still afraid of making mistakes
i bet everyone feels the same as i do
really feel bad guilty to make mistake
especially is so obvious that its ur fault
i learnt that i have to be detailed in everything i do
know who u are speaking to and from where is the person calling from is very impt

it very ps when u hang up the call and ur manager ask you something that u cant ans
and the only ans that i can give is DONT KNOW
and i know he dont like to hear this 2 words
